The Management of the Association is vested in a Council which holds regular meetings to make policy decisions and set direction for the Association.

Under Clause 8(No 6. Meetings of the Council) of the Constitution R , a Council meeting shall be held at the time of the General Meeting of the Association and as often as the Council may see fit and so order.

The current 15th Council Term was elected at the 14th General Meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 27 March 2013.
