The REAAA Governing Council held its 104^th Meeting on 31^st October and 1^st November 2016 in Tokyo, Japan.

The meetings had been successfully concluded with the attendance of 21 out of the 35 council members. 27 delegates from 11 participating countries, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand attended the 102^nd Council Meeting with Tokyo, Indonesia forming the largest delegation of 31 persons. The meeting has been considered very fruitful as several important decisions were made and key proposals adopted. They included the nomination and confirmation for the Coordinator and Officer in charge of the REAAA Strategy Map and Initiatives, the preparation for the 15^th REAAA Conference in Bali, Indonesia, the result of Mino Best Project Awards, progress of Fellowship Program, progress of Internship Program and the input for updating the forthcoming events of 4^th REAAA Business Forum.

The meeting discussed various issue on the operations of the secretariat and approved various reports tabled by the Finance Committee, Technical Committee, Membership Promotions Committee, International Coordinator Committee, Katahira Fund Committee and the Honorary Secretary. The meeting also looked into these important events, key issue and challenges with confidence and determination.
