The 13th General Meeting held on 25 September 2009 in Incheon, Korea in conjunction with the 13th REAAA Conference. 

The 13^th General Meeting was attended by 86 members. The highlight of this meeting was the installation of the new President and the Governing Council for the 14^th Council Term. The meeting adopted the Honorary Secretary-General Report 2006-2009 and the Honorary Treasurer General Report 2006-2009.
